I’ve had the privilege of working at The Growing Tree Learning Center for over 21 years, and I can honestly say it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. From the very beginning, I knew this was more than just a workplace; it’s truly a family. The staff, children, and parents all contribute to an environment filled with warmth, care, and genuine support. Our team works closely together to create a loving and consistent environment where every child feels valued and supported. Over the years, I’ve also built lasting relationships with families; many of whom return to younger siblings because they trust the care and education we provide.

I’ve been a preschool teacher at this amazing company for 15 years, and honestly, I still skip work every morning! The reason I love my job is simple: I get to witness miracles of development every single day. Seeing a child light up when they finally write their name, solve a simple puzzle, or share a toy for the first time—that moment of pure discovery is priceless. This company has always supported my passion and given me the freedom to create a nurturing, playful environment. Being part of these early, foundational years is the most rewarding career I could ever imagine. This isn’t just a job; it’s my calling.

Before joining Growing Tree, all I had was a very minimal experience of working as a teacher as I had just migrated from India. Everything was new-new environment, new people, new way of teaching. I thought it was going to be very difficult adjusting to a new environment, but everyone here has been very helpful and understanding. The administration here is approachable. You feel like you can go to anyone with any questions. All the directors that I have worked with have made me feel at ease and have been supportive from day one. That is the reason I have been with the company for 25 years as it feels like a second home.
